Amazing tour of our ancestral town Wow, what an amazing experience we had! Our tour with Danilo was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. My sister and I travelled to Soveria Mannelli as a day trip from Tropea to explore our ancestral town and to search for genealogical records. We found them right away (miraculously) at the Catholic church which helped us fill in some gaps we had in our research. We also visited the town cemetery, had a private tour of a local textile business, had a authentic lunch, and even spoke with residents in the area, some as old as 101! Danilo was an excellent driver, was patient and professional, and seemed to enjoy the experience along with us. He was also able to translate for us beautifully as we know very little Italian. We never felt rushed or hurried as we took it all in. Thank you, Danilo, we hope to come back someday!

Danilo takes the time to carefully craft beautiful itineraries that fit your wants and travel needs, while also adding in travel gems that you would not have thought of. He is a great communicator, very flexible and understanding, and even helped us plan trips to other regions in Italy. Grazie mille!

And on top of that we seemed to have singing and dancing to join in wherever we went - such unexpected fun. We travelled with a small group and we were hesitant as this type of travel was a first for us - but we thoroughly enjoyed it and would do it again if Danilo organised it. I know that Danilo’s team can put together many different itineraries all over Italy for as few as 2 people so I wouldn’t hesitate to have him organise another one for us in the future.

Everything was taken care of. We stayed in a wonderful castle which was a working farm and provided delicious meals from their produce. We ate and drank delicious food and wine, learned to cook and make bread and visited many charming old Italian towns and villages and travelled in comfort. We travelled with a small group and we were hesitant as this type of travel was a first for us - but we thoroughly enjoyed it and would do it again if Danilo organised it. The Soul Of Italy Our experience with Danilo and Enza in Calabria exceeded our expectatations. The tour had a good balance of fine food, entertainment and exercise sightseeing and swimming. Can't thankyou enough and wish your business the best of success.
Wonderful time My wife and I just finished a wonderful tour of the Calabria region with Danilo. We got to see many sites and were amazed with the educational benefits of the trip. Danilo customized the trip experience to include a class in making sourdough bread, the old fashioned way, a sunset wine tasting/dinner, a visit to a silk factory and a tour of an olive oil factory which was most enlightening. The trip to Tropea was memorable as we were able to visit many beautiful sites along with a visit to Altomonte, Scilla, Reggio Calabria and Civita. My wife found the cooking class to be a nice break and learned a few new things. The hotel accommodations were wonderful. Danilo planned out a perfect trip. Wonderful time My wife and I just finished a wonderful tour of the Calabria region with Danilo. We got to see many sites and were amazed with the educational benefits of the trip. Danilo customized the trip experience to include a class in making sourdough bread, the old fashioned way, a sunset wine tasting/dinner, a visit to a silk factory and a tour of an olive oil factory which was most enlightening. The trip to Tropea was memorable as we were able to visit many beautiful sites along with a visit to Altomonte, Scilla, Reggio Calabria and Civita.
